Also my ankle joint itself where two screws were attached that gave huge pain and lack of range of movement.
After seeing Dipty on a weekly basis for around 3 months, the pain eased and I was on the mend a lot faster than I thought I would be after the operation. Looking back, if I didn’t get treatment for my ankle after my op whilst getting back to walking again, I don’t feel I would have the range of movement I have today and being able to carry out such activities and sport as I do today, which is Olympic Weightlifting of all sports which requires the upmost full body flexibility, range of movement and strength.

Feet / leg re-alignment was a huge help to me and usual manipulations from tightness in the neck and back. It worked best when I ‘did my homework’ and stretched regularly rather than put it off which would have made me re-lapse after being in the position of not doing anything about it myself.
